What is Joseph Goott Jewelry Collection?
We're a private fine jewelry boutique on El Paseo in Palm Desert, California. Rather than stocking mass-produced pieces, most of what you'll find here is designed and made to our own specifications, in partnership with skilled artisans in Italy and Hong Kong.
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted using fine metals and carefully selected diamonds and gemstones, sourced through relationships built over generations in the diamond trade. [Confirm specific karats/purities — e.g. 14k/18k gold, platinum — before publishing.]
Do you offer custom design services?
Yes — custom work is at the heart of what we do. If you have a vision for a piece, our team will work with you from concept through completion, sourcing the right stones and materials to bring it to life.
Can I cancel my order?
For in-stock pieces, orders may be canceled the same day they're placed. Once a custom or made-to-order piece enters production, it can no longer be canceled, since materials and artisan time have already been committed to your design.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they're unworn and returned in their original packaging. Because most of our collection is custom or one-of-a-kind, made-to-order and personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reach your original payment method.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM go into processing that same day; anything after moves to the next business day. From there, we take 2–3 business days to prepare your order, followed by 3–5 business days in transit — so most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only.
