Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotional events, holidays, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most domestic and international locations. If shipping is unavailable to your destination, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any supporting photos if applicable so we can assist you promptly.


Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
