Shipping Policy

Every order placed with Joseph Goott Jewelry Collection is treated with the same attention we give to sourcing and crafting our pieces. Here's what to expect once you complete your purchase.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically reviewed and prepared the same day; anything received after that cutoff moves into the next business day's queue. From there, our team takes 2–3 business days to carefully inspect, package, and prepare each piece for its journey to you — a step we don't rush, given what we're sending. Custom and made-to-order jewelry follows its own separate timeline, which we'll walk you through before you place that kind of order.

Once a piece leaves our hands, it's on the road for another 3–5 business days, arriving fully insured and requiring a signature so it lands directly with you and no one else. All told, most customers can expect their jewelry within 5–8 business days of placing their order, start to finish.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

A shipping confirmation with tracking details will land in your inbox the moment your order is on its way, so you're never left wondering where things stand. And if a delivery window comes and goes without your package showing up, don't wait it out — reach out to us and we'll get on the phone with the carrier ourselves to track it down.
