Joseph Goott Jewelry Collection is a private fine jewelry boutique based on El Paseo in Palm Desert, California. Much of what we offer is designed, sourced, and produced to our own specifications, and we work directly with clients on custom and one-of-a-kind pieces.

Product Descriptions & Availability

We do our best to represent every piece accurately, including materials, gemstone details, and dimensions. Because so much of our inventory is one-of-a-kind, availability can change without notice, and in rare cases an item may sell before your order is confirmed. If that happens, we'll reach out to make it right — whether that's a similar piece, a custom alternative, or a full refund.

Pricing

Prices reflect the craftsmanship, materials, and sourcing involved in each piece and are subject to change without prior notice, particularly given fluctuations in diamond and precious metal markets. The price charged will always be the one displayed at the time your order is placed.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel — for instance, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made directly with our team, such as for custom commissions.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom work is central to what we do. Once a custom order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be canceled, as materials are sourced and craftsmanship time is committed specifically to your piece. We'll walk you through expectations, timelines, and any deposit requirements before work begins.

Shipping & Returns

Intellectual Property
